A member in good standing of an urban technical rescue and intervention group. More than 350 hours of continuous training annually, including confined space and high rescue, in addition to performing actual rescues. 

Heroes Security Groups Inc. holds a certificate of accreditation as a training organization issued by the Commission des partenaires du marché du travail Québec (certified trainers).

This certificate attests that each trainer has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the security field, but also 250 hours of experience as a trainer and has completed 90 hours of training in knowledge transmission methods.

All workers, regardless of their position and years of experience, must be trained to work in a confined space (RSST art. 298).

According to the LSST in Quebec, the employer must “protect the health and ensure the safety and physical integrity of the worker” (LSST art. 51).

Yes, every effort must be made “(…) to initiate rescue procedures promptly” (RROHS s. 308).

The competent authority in Quebec that governs occupational health and safety is the CNESST.
