Martin Chaperon
Co-Founder & Senior Consultant
Professional firefighter with more than 16 years of experience, Martin is a reference in the industry regarding confined space and high angle rescue. In addition to having taught for several years in fire safety, Martin is part of a team of firefighters specialized in confined space and height rescue. He has acquired expertise in the industrial environment by training rescue teams in several public and private companies in Canada.
François Rayes
Co-Fondateur & Consultant Principal
Professional firefighter for more than 18 years, François is part of a team of firefighters specialized in confined space and height rescue. Passionate about training, Francois is involved as a trainer in the rescue of firefighters in distress (RIC I & II). He has developed an expertise in the field of emergency measures training in healthcare institutions in Quebec, mainly at the level of fire departments and security officers.
Véronique Prince Proulx
Director, Communications & Marketing
Véronique began her career in manufacturing, working directly on production sites for one of Québec’s flagship industrial organizations, where she developed a strong, hands-on understanding of operations and production dynamics. She holds a Master’s degree from HEC Montréal and joined the organization in 2017 as an Advisor, before being promoted to Director of Communications and Marketing in 2022. Véronique leads the company’s communications, public affairs, and relationships with public institutions, playing a strategic role in shaping its narrative, influence, and alignment with long-term vision and purpose.
